The Gateway to a Global Learning Experience

The main goals of the School are to provide staff and service support to its units and programs; consolidate functions that cut across individual departments (such as admissions, business, and HR); support and finance interdisciplinary initiatives such as shared courses, degrees and certificates, and conferences and workshop; fund undergraduate and graduate student fellowships through school wide competitions; manage and equip facilities, such as the research labs and conference rooms; handle promotion and tenure cases; and liaise and work with LAS and other programs on campus about matters that relate to the entire School and its programs

Research Laboratories

In coordination with its departments and programs, SLCL has facilitate the implementation of new research laboratories and upgraded old ones to provide the necessary environment for research and teaching beyond the traditional classroom, and also to enable our programs to be competitive as they seek external funding.
